The fate of OpenHydro won’t be determined today in Dublin’s Irish High Court. At approximately 11:08 am (Irish time) in the Irish High Court, today’s presiding judge adjourned the case until tomorrow at 11 am (Irish Time).
Court is technically in recess now and only matters of great concern, some say ’emergency cases’, are being dealt with now. Perhaps other urgent cases were added to the docket for today.
After the adjournment, one of the lawyers at the Irish High Court for the hearing said outside the courtroom, “there was not enough time to deal with the matter today.”
